We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager that drives sales and profit goals for our Canadian facility in Cambridge, Ontario. Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies. Requires a college degree or relevant sales experience in die set, steel plate, components, nuclear and automation business. Position reports to a VP, Sales. Makes day-to-day sales decisions.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manages die set, plate, components, fabrications, and automation accounts in the Eastern Ontario region (territory subject to change)
* Build rapport with existing customers and take initiative to prospect for new accounts
* Negotiate sales contracts with customers and manage sales budget
* Work and communicate effectively with operations and inside sales teams
* 50-75% travel required to cover region
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in automation, die sets, plates, fabrications, and components from a manufacturing industry setting
* High school education required and engineering technology certificate or related degree a plus
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Previous CRM experience
* Proven track record of excellence in technical sales
* Valid driver?s license with excellent driving record
