*Job Overview*
The Press Brake Operator is responsible for setting up and operating various Press Brakes. They are accountable for verifying parts for correct dimensions and other specifications. The Operator will ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
The duties listed may change as the Company evolves. Performing other duties as assigned is a requirement for this position.
*Responsibilities and Duties*
· Load and unload Tooling.
· Form parts to drawing requirements, verify parts meet Customer specifications and are cut to correct dimensions.
· Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery.
· Communicate and assist co-workers and supervisors when required.
· Meet requirements as listed on the applicable Competency Document.
*Qualifications*
· 1 year in a Manufacturing Environment.
· Certifications appropriate to the Manufacturing Industry.
· Solid comprehension of technical drawings.
· Ability to lift heavy objects, walk, and stand for long periods.
· Problem Solving and planning ability required.
