The incumbent has the opportunity to evolve in a collaborative and innovative environment, where his graphic skills are recognized and exploited. The incumbent also plays a key role in the Communications department in terms of graphic design, contributing to the success of the organization's other departments, while working closely with senior management<i>*The Quebec Port Authority adheres to the principle of employment equity and applies an employment equity access program for women, Aboriginals, visible minorities and people with disabilities.</i><em>The use of the masculine gender includes the feminine and is employed solely to facilitate</em><em>reading.</em></p><p><em><br /></em><strong>Responsabilites<br /></strong></p><ul><li>Produce visuals for strategic content put forward by the CEO, the HR VP or other members of the Executive Committee, for various stakeholders, including the Board of Directors;</li><li>Advise senior management and support other departments in their communications and promotional activities, to help achieve the organization's strategic objectives;</li><li>Create the organization's visual content for external publications (social media, advertising, power point presentations, web signatures, event invitations, newsletter, etc.);</li><li>Flagging of various QPA recreation and tourism sites (Oasis, La Cale, Agora, Baie de Beauport);</li><li>Signage throughout the port territory;</li><li>Apply graphic skills to the various visual needs of the communications team;</li><li>Create visuals for the Port's various corporate events;</li><li>Review and develop internal communications tools in line with the organization's brand image;</li><li>Ensure compliance with corporate graphic standards;</li><li>Collaborate in the preparation, verification and quality control of public documents;</li><li>Identify and propose opportunities to improve graphic communication;</li><li>Contribute to increasing engagement on various social media platforms;</li><li>Request quotes and follow up with printers and other suppliers;</li><li>Perform any other tasks related to graphic design as requested by the immediate superior.</li></ul><p><strong>Daily</strong></p><ul><li>Have the opportunity to propose and implement innovative ideas;</li><li>Create high-quality visuals and present the Port's colors to the general public;</li><li>Develop through contact with other professionals in the organization;</li><li>Evolve in a wonderful environment, where mandates and projects are varied and stimulating.</li></ul><p><strong>You have...</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of new trends in graphic design;</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team and to collaborate;</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability to unforeseen circumstances;</li><li>Proficiency in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator);</li><li>Proficiency in the M365 suite.</li></ul><p><strong>You are...</strong></p><ul><li>Autonomous with a sense of initiative;</li><li>Creative and original in your proposals;</li><li>Meticul
