 Closing Date (MM/DD/YYYY):10/09/2024 Worker Type:Permanent Language(s) Required:English, French Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$103,331 - $139,803 Help FCC become a global leader in SustainabilityMove the needle and make a positive impact as a Sustainable Finance and ESG Insights strategist.Join the team building and implementing new sustainable finance initiatives that empower FCC and our customers to leverage ESG insights to drive value-add and opportunity across the food supply chain.Be bold, be a catalyst, and help make Canadian Agriculture and Food a global leader in sustainable food production, food security and climate change solutions.Work with stakeholders to define direction and outcomes, advance strategic priorities and present options to varying leadership levels and stakeholders.This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages. What you’ll do:Lead collaborative efforts to generate enterprise-wide strategiesResearch and employ innovative design practicesEstablish outcome metrics for short, medium and long termsPartner with colleagues to clarify organizational strategies and align to outcomesCreate and maintain cross-functional networksAssess research and analyze business requestsUse customer and industry insights to inform priorities and outcomesLiaise with senior leadershipCompile intelligence for committees or Board members What we’re looking for:Strong communicator who confidently manages multiple prioritiesExpert strategist with sound business judgmentRelationship-builder and proven team playerCollaborator comfortable working with executive management and Board membersStrategic thinker able to connect evidence to opportunitiesCurious and creative problem-solver What you’ll need:A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or commerce and at least six years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); related certification is an assetIn-depth understanding of strategy development best practicesExpertise in strategic development to meet business needsKnowledge of agriculture or financial services industries
