*Job Responsibilities*
* Track requests and complaints, providing excellent customer service
* Respond to emergency calls and messages
* Train and manage cleaners/outsource vendors
* Responsible for scheduling work assignments for cleaning vendors, ensuring work meets standards
* Maintain cleaning supplies and inventory
* Perform basic maintenance and repairs
* Conduct regular inspections of each unit to ensure everything is in good working condition
* Report any special situations to management
* Perform other assigned duties
* Willing to accept regular business trips
*Qualification*
* Experience in hotel housekeeping management is preferred
* Ability to complete tasks within specified timeframes
* High attention to accuracy, efficiency, and detail in service
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible with work hours to meet the demands of the service industry, such as mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Able to read and write in both English and Mandarin
* Applicants must have legal eligibility to work in the Canada
