*Job Title: Executive Assistant*
*Location:* Mississauga (Hybrid Work Model)

*Position Overview:* As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executives' daily activities. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, from scheduling and communications to financial tracking and online engagement. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of both remote work and in-office collaboration.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage complex calendars and scheduling for executive meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams).
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including expense tracking and invoice management.
* Assist with updates in Monday.com
* Work with Zoom
* Transcribe from Fathom.
* Coordinate and oversee online posts and content updates for company communications and social media.
* Act as a liaison between executives and other team members, ensuring clear and effective communication.
* Proactively identify and resolve issues, providing exceptional support to enhance productivity.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Planner, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams), Zoom, Fathom, Monday.com, and QuickBooks.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with a strong ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
* Experience in managing online content and social media platforms is a plus.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
* Spanish and French fluency will be considered a strong asset
