<p>Hello, I'm Rayan MERRIEN, Recruitment Consultant FED ManuTech, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing professions. <br>We're experts who speak your language. <br>We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>Your function <br> <br>I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company in the regulated sector located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, an Engineering Projects and Maintenance Manager - Permanent position 40 hours per week. <br> <br>Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks: <br> <br>- Coordinate engineering and maintenance projects and associated teams <br>- Lead engineering, continuous improvement and automation projects from A to Z (design, production start-up, processes, installation, commissioning and documentation), within budget and on schedule. <br>- Plan, organize and monitor projects (meetings, schedules, reports) during all phases, including work and production stoppages. <br>- Manage the maintenance team according to monthly and annual objectives (annual interview, HR, training and integration, recruitment) in compliance with safety standards. <br>- Implement a preventive maintenance plan based on root cause analysis. <br>- Act as technical expert in problem solving (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, automation, building if necessary). <br>- Be responsible for follow-up and reporting to the Operations Manager, ensuring communication with the various plant stakeholders with a view to improving the capacity and efficiency of production processes.</p><p>Your professional skills <br> <br>- Priority management and rigor <br>- Proactivity and strong communication skills <br>- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player <br> <br>We're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done right. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams. <br> <br>Your profile <br> <br>-Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment <br>-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant training <br>-OIQ member: CPI or Titre Ing <br>-Fluent in written and spoken French and English <br> -Experience with CAD software (3D 2D), SolidWorks an asset. <br>-Knowledge of ERP and CMMS software. <br>-Knowledge of manufacturing principles, lean manufacturing and project management tools <br>-Proficiency in Office suite <br> <br>- Salary: $80k - $110k depending on experience <br>Weekday position, permanent and face-to-face, full insurance and company RRSP.</p>
