<p>We are currently looking for a quality coordinator to strengthen our quality team. We offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative team, where every day brings its share of challenges and learnings.<strong><br><br>Position Summary<br><br></strong>The Quality Coordinator is responsible for achieving the goals and objectives of the organization by supporting the Quality Management team by directing the work in the execution of quality processes, policies and programs.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br></strong></p><ul><li>Support Quality Management in ensuring the Quality Management System (ISO, SQF, BRC, GFSI) is being followed.</li><li>Work in conjunction with Manufacturing Management to ensure manufacturing and Quality Assurance procedures are being performed.</li><li>Supports and trains quality personnel to perform their respective job functions.</li><li>Participate in the establishment of quality specifications.</li><li>Support activities associated with external audits.</li><li>Support customer complaint and reject process to ensure accurate root cause analysis, timely response, and determination and implementation of corrective actions.</li><li>Monitor site quality metrics and work with management to develop counter measures as needed.</li><li>Work with manufacturing to ensure product conformance through documented process monitoring and process controls methods.</li><li>Manage customer complaints and ensure that customer quality requirements are reported</li><li>Perform quality rounds and write quality reports</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><strong><strong>Qualifications<br></strong></strong><ul><li>DEP or a technique relevant to the position</li><li>Bachelor's degree will be considered an asset</li><li>High level of mathematical and analytical skills</li><li>A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong working knowledge of quality processes, related manufacturing, and demonstrated leadership skills</li><li>Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Teams and Outlook</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality and protect the confidentiality of confidential/sensitive information</li><li>Exceptional time management and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing to meet deadlines</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in French and English (verbally, in writing and in presentations)</li><li>Proactive; Use good judgment and make sound decisions</li><li>Able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options</li><li>Confident, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment<strong><br><br></strong></li></ul><br><strong>The use of the masculine gender is used without any discrimination and for the sole purpose of lightening the text.<br>Only selected candidates will be contacted.</strong>
