*Who We Need:*
We are looking for self-motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Sales Rep, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients?small business owners, and play a vital role in generating leads and nurturing client relationships. You won't be alone in this journey?we believe in collaboration and teamwork, with dedicated Sales Managers providing guidance and support every step of the way to get you the result.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation tactics.
* Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored support.
* Work closely with Sales Managers to refine strategies, track progress, and achieve sales targets.
* Offer valuable feedback to Sales Managers to continuously improve our prospecting and demand-generation efforts.
This position is FULLY COMMISSION-BASED.
*Qualifications and Personal Attributes:*
* Previous B2B/ B2C sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory; we value self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset above all.
* Familiarity with general financial concepts is a plus, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build trust with diverse clientele.
* Multilingual proficiency (Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Korean, etc.) is an asset.
* Must be 18 years or older and willing to commute locally around Greater Toronto as needed.
