Instrumentation/Electrical TechnicianBring your electrical and instrumentation knowledge and experience to our Water team. Working in an industrial electrical environment, you will install, calibrate, maintain and repair electrical and instrumentation components, configure programmable logic computers, wireless communication networks and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation problems in City Water Treatment & Supply facilities.To be successful, candidates will require an Electrical Trade Ticket, along with a Highschool Diploma and a Class 5 Driver?s License. Preference may be given to those that hold or can obtain an FSR designation and/or hold a Diploma in Instrumentation Technology. Please note that the successful candidate must be able to travel to the designated work location within 20-minutes due to emergency on-call requirements. Help create Kelowna as a City of the Future.
