Your primary goal is to reduce injuries among site team members. You will collaborate with process engineering and the plant management team to provide technical support and expertise on QHSE issues.</li><li><strong>Regulatory Compliance</strong>: You will interpret applicable regulations and prepare action plans to ensure continuous compliance with all permits, regulations, and environmental requirements of your facility.</li><li><strong>Team Engagement and Safety Culture</strong>: You will align with programs that promote team member engagement and behavior-based safety processes to foster a Zero and beyond culture, working closely with the plant management team.</li><li><strong>ISO Certifications:</strong> You will lead and maintain ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications at your plant, conduct and assist with internal and external QHSE audits, and meet with regulators during facility inspections and audits as needed.</li><li><strong>Safety Committees and Communication</strong>: You will lead the site?s safety committees.</li><li>You will collaborate with the process engineering manager, reporting all QHSE indicators and company data requests.</li><li><strong>Support and Best Practices</strong>: You will provide technical support and share best practices to continuously improve the plant?s QHSE performance.</li><li><strong>Incident Reporting:</strong> You will oversee the security incident reporting process in partnership with the plant management team.</li><li><strong>Training Needs Analysis</strong>: You will collaborate
