\*Job Overview\* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating dental prosthetics and appliances, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and artistic ability, as well as a strong understanding of dental materials and procedures. \*Duties\* - Fabricate dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic appliances using various materials. - Collaborate with dentists to understand specifications and requirements for each case. - Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to design and modify dental appliances. - Perform adjustments and repairs on existing dental products as needed. - Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment in compliance with safety regulations. - Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and materials to enhance product quality. - Assist in the training of new staff or interns in laboratory procedures and safety protocols. \*Requirements\* - Proven experience working in a dental laboratory or similar environment is preferred. - Proficiency in CAD software is highly desirable. - Familiarity with dental office protocols and terminology is essential. - Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Certification or degree in Dental Technology or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
