I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.<br>Our team of finance experts speaks your language and works in your environment. We cover the finance, accounting and payroll professions.<br><br>I'm looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for my client located downtown Montreal. This is a 1-year contract in hybrid mode, 3 days remote.</p><p>Your responsibilities: <br>- Advise the team on collection risks <br>- Recognize client payer profiles <br>- Collect accounts with negative balances <br>- Gather account information and ensure necessary corrections to process payments <br>- Assist Treasury <br>- Ensure that customers have the capacity to pay <br>- Negotiate with customers and collaborate with the team <br>- Involve other departments as required</p><p>Your profile: <br>- DEC in accounting <br>- Experience in a large company <br>- 3 years of experience in collections <br>- Spoken and written French <br>- Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)</p>
