We are currently seeking candidates who are qualified for the role of<em> Mechanical Engineering Co-op</em></p><p><span>Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to)</span></p><p><span> </span>Assisting with design work</p><ul><li>Sourcing equipment for new designs</li><li>Assisting with various projects as requested</li><li>Performing documentation functions (assembly drawings, detail drawings, procedures)</li><li>Producing marketing concepts and renderings for job bids</li><li>Assisting with quality control processes</li><li>Observing and assisting with shop floor and hands-on tasks</li><li>Designing 3D printed components and running our industrial grade printers</li></ul><p><strong><em>Key Skill Requirements:</em></strong></p><p>Solutions focused, organized, and project driven</p><ul><li>Excellent internal and external customer service skills</li><li>Internal drive and a ?can do? attitude</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work with tight deadlines and high demands</li></ul><p></p><p><strong><em>Key Education / Experience Requirements</em></strong></p><p>CAD experience required, Solid Edge experience an asset</p><ul><li>Basic welding experience beneficial</li><li>Working knowledge of welding processes, welding fabrication and quality control preferred</li><li>Interest in material and welding metallurgy an asset</li><li>Multiple language skills an asset</li><li><em> </em>Availability for <em>an 8 month co-op position from Jan </em><em>2025</em><em>?
