Job details
Manager - Sales & Marketing is responsible for supporting corporate sales, leasing administration, marketing and social media management for Heron properties and services. Responsible for a broad array of client and customer service and communications this role is integral to supporting property rental, service excellence and brand identity.
*Duties:*
*1. Responsible for Heron Management general administration and sales management including: *
a. Marketing strategy development and execution.
b. Corporate social media management.
*2. Responsible for property/listing marketing including:*
a. Rental listing photography and copy editing
b. Listing management, advertising and promotional activities
c. Social media marketing of listings and services
d. Competitive pricing and rental market analysis reporting
*3. Responsible for sales and leasing management including:*
a. Schedules bookings/showings and appointments
b. Applications review, credit checks and reference reviews
c. Lease document preparation and tenant onboarding.
*4. Responsible for property/tenant turnover logistics including:*
a. Tenant communications supporting move-in/move-out responsibilities, obligations and requirements.
b. Scheduling, coordinating and conducting move-in/move-out premises inspections.
c. Coordinating/scheduling cleaners, maintenance personnel for turnover requirements.
d. Manages key deployment.
*5. Responsible for a variety of tenant/owner communications including:*
a. Issues management, disruption of service/s
b. Signage and information bulletins
6. Provides general customer service/reception via telephone, e-mail, electronic messaging and in-person.
7. Provide general information to clients, tenants, and the public regarding company services.
8. Assists in preparing a variety of rent, administrative reports and documents
9. Prepares, edits and proofs correspondence and communication materials.
10. Inputs and maintains data in a variety of software applications including MS Excel and other applications.
11. Other duties as assigned
*Working Conditions:*
1. The workplace is a typical small office environment with frequent exposure to conversational noise and a regular flow of people around the office.
2. Work weeks are 5 days, Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
3. Flexible scheduling to accomodate after hours and weekend work is required.
4. Work processes are standardized but frequently the incumbent may be assigned to changing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

* Kingston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
* property management: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
* Class G Licence (required)
