Through continuous involvement with Equipment Operators and other operational staff, you will train, test, and evaluate individuals on proper operating and maintenance techniques on various types of heavy equipment. You provide objective advice and recommendations and contribute to the continuous improvement of Department staff and abilities. You assist with the development, motivation, and coaching of Equipment Operators to ensure a multi-skilled workforce and cross training on Department equ- LocationHalifax, NS
