An *Inside Sales Account Manager* is responsible for cultivating and managing specific customer relationships within a designated territory. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, identifying opportunities, meeting revenue targets, understanding customer needs, providing product/service information and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
The Inside Sales Account Manager?s primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service experiences.
* Meeting key objectives with respect to margin preservation, growing and retaining current customers, and pursuing growth opportunities.
* Best in class customer service and communication, order entry, sourcing, managing customer inquiries, and analyzing data and trends.
* Work with Sales and Management team to develop strategic accounts to target and communicate progress.
* Effectively prioritize own time to achieve results.
* Provide product knowledge information to customers in a confident and friendly manner.
* Ability to provide detailed pricing terms and prepare and present customer quotations.
* Efficient and detail orientated data entry skills
* Ability to give consistent and effective customer feedback to colleagues on an ongoing basis.
* Continuing to gain product knowledge and ahead of industry changes in products and services.
*Qualifications:*
* High-school diploma or, GED equivalent
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, counter or inside sales role with preference given to that in industrial sales environment
* Demonstrate understanding of the industry, product knowledge and aptitude for continuous learning.
* Strong organizational, computer, communication and negotiating skills.
· Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,363.07-$60,320.00 per year
