*Position Summary*
HomeEd is seeking a Project Manager to support HomeEd's growth. Reporting to the Vice President, Projects, the Project Manager works closely with HomeEd?s staff, external partners and stakeholders to manage our construction and renovation projects. The scope of the role will include every stage of the process from initial assessment to project completion, within budget and scheduled timelines. This full-time, regular position is located in Edmonton.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
_Project Planning and Execution_
* Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and budget requirements for renovation projects.
* Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and within budget constraints.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
* Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
_Technical Expertise_
* Possess a strong understanding of building design, systems, construction methods, and renovation technologies.
* Evaluate multifamily residential designs and buildings to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements, sustainability enhancements, and safety upgrades.
* Work closely with engineers, architects, and consultants to develop new construction and renovation designs that meet performance objectives while complying with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
_Stakeholder Management_
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in new construction and renovation projects, including clients, regulatory agencies, and internal departments.
* Communicate project status updates, milestones, and challenges effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
