As we continue to grow, we are looking for a professional and friendly receptionist to be the face of our office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
*Job Description*
As a receptionist, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors, and team members. You will handle all front desk duties, including answering calls, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to our real estate agents and office staff.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
* Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and professional manner
* Manage the front desk, including handling inquiries and scheduling appointments
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies
* Assist with real estate transaction documentation and other administrative tasks
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
*Requirements*
* High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
* Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in real estate or a similar industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work
* Professional appearance and a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
