This posting is for Equipment Operators, people who have a minimum of 3 years of operating experience, has experience with pipe work, services, foundation and demolitions. This person should be a proficient operator with enough experience to work independently.

*Job Responsibilities:*
· Operate equipment and complete jobs.
· Prep and organize day to day work, execute accordingly.
· Lay pipe, add services, and do shovel work as needed in and out of the machines.
· Safely pull machines and/or materials around in company truck. Complete pre-trip inspections.
· Communicate with Owner consistently to provide job updates and timelines or materials needed.
· Responsible to order all materials and ensure jobsite is ready to go when team arrives ? liaison with Owner.
· Work together with team to complete tasks both effectively and efficiently.
· Problem solve independently and assist team with site issues or otherwise direct problems to the Owner.
· Ensure high quality of work.
· Ensure high levels of safety on site.
· Do sales and find additional work, which is a part of the compensation and commissions package
*Qualifications and Skills Requirements:*
· Class 5 Driver?s License or equivalent.
· Pipelaying and services experience.
· Leadership ability.
· Highly organized individual.
· Effective communicator.
· Strong work ethic.
· Respectful and punctual.
· Team player: Humble, Hungry, Smart.
Ability to respond well to leadership and direction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$45.00 per hour
