We are seeking a motivated *Logistics Coordinator* with strong attention to detail to provide dispatch and sales support in our busy industrial office located in SE Calgary. Use your strengths of organization and time-management to ensure orders are shipped efficiently while maintaining accurate daily records in our ERP system according to company policies and procedures. *Do you feel confident to:*
* Allocate material to sales orders, remans, and complete remans.
* Prepare dispatches and freight allocations
* Be responsible for Interbranch transfer trucking
* Coordinate, schedule, and track deliveries
* Ensure all transfers are printed and given to the warehouse
* Review transfer summaries, make necessary corrections, notify appropriate contacts
* Compare confirmations to POs and scan into ERP storage system. Notify purchasers of any discrepancies and follow up to resolve.
* Scan POD, Pick Tickets, and order confirmations into the ERP document storage system
* Assist warehouse staff with issues involving inventory scanners and enlist IT support as required.
* Participate in Lacey Act, FSC, and Safety initiatives.

*Qualifications*
* 3 years of experience in an administrative or logistical support role.
* Dispatch experience is an asset
* Proficiency with computers and data entry required including knowledge of MS 365.
* Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Free parking is provided.
*Schedule and Reporting Relationships*
FT in office, M-F, 8am- 5pm
This role reports to the General Manager
