We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, and administrative work. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office and have training in Sage 50 accounting. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues alike.- Data Entry- Customer Service (Reception, Telephone and emails)- Government Remmitances- Payments- Bank Runs weekly.- Sage 50 Accounting- Communicate in both English & French- Strong Organization skills- Microsoft Office- BlueCross benefit packages (after 3 months)- Yearly bonuses- Free Parking- Mileage coverage- Overtime Pay (If applicable)- Monday to Friday work weeks- 2 weeks vacation paid
