Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate. Enter client information in databases. Prepare medications for clients. Supervise and direct activities of other medical technologists or technicians. Help with scheduling and workflow. Assist in supervising personnel who prepare and serve food. Bill third party insurers. Help patients complete menus. Assist dietitians with research in food, nutrition and food service systems. Advise patients on loss of depth perception. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
