Administrator Description
The successful day-to-day functioning and image of the Land Survey office require the organization, independence, and tact of an Administrator. This is the person who the Public & clients communicate with first, and who manages day to day communication, and organization of the office.
The Administrator will receive and respond to customer inquiries, organize and advance active project files, handle survey deliverables with clients and stakeholders, and communicate with staff to organize projects.
The successful candidate would have opportunity to learn the complexities of the Land Surveying industry by engaging with professional and experienced staff. Educational programs are compensated upon completion, to support professional development. This offering is intended for an independent, professional-minded individual seeking a meaningful role in an established company for the long-term.
Position is for the Pembroke Survey Office, working alongside Simon Kasprzak, O.L.S. and highly experienced Staff.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma (minimum), post-secondary education is preferred
Computer Skills in Outlook, Word, Adobe PDF, Excel, Zoom, Teams
Strong communication and Organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and exhibit professional etiquette with clients.
Asset Qualifications
Quickbooks Software proficiency
AutoCAD Software experience
Previous experience in maintaining an office environment in law firm, accounting office or similar
