And we live it too.</span></p><strong>THE ROLE</strong><p><span>As the Assistant Mess Manager, under the direction of the Mess Manager, you will plan, organize, monitor, and evaluate the operations of all mess activities and facilities. You will enforce the health, hygiene, safety, and security standards and programs, ensure strict enforcement of provincial liquor legislation and DND, CF, and Unit policies concerning the responsible serving of alcohol, employee drinking restrictions, and customer behavior.
