Job details
Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work setting: Dental practice. Tasks: Prepare patients for dental examinations. Prepare plaster models and moulds. Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment. Polish teeth and clinical crowns and apply fluoride and sealant. Perform intra-oral duties. Take and develop X-rays. Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Healing arts radiation protection (HARP) Certification. Registration with provincial or territorial authorities. Certification by the National Dental Assisting Examining Board. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Are you willing to relocate for this position?. Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?. Experience: Experience an asset. Health benefits: Dental plan. Health care plan.
