*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure our customers enjoy safe and comfortable environments year-round.
*Duties*
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems for malfunctions
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts
- Calibrate thermostats and ensure proper airflow
- Comply with all safety standards and regulations
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
- Diagnose system malfunctions and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Perform regular maintenance and inspection of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Recommend system upgrades or replacements as needed and educate customers on energy efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, codes, and industry standards during installations and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and high-quality service.
*Skills*
- Proficiency in appliance repair and mechanics
- Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their maintenance
- Valid HVAC certification and/or relevant licensure.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, duct work, refrigerants, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and wiring related to HVAC installations.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver?s license and a clean driving record.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 ? 44 per week
Experience:
* HVAC: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

* Gas (preferred)
* air conditioning & refrigeration license (preferred)
