We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and contribute to the efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Organize and schedule jobs
* Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
* Posting of Supplier Invoice
* Invoicing Clients Daily as jobs are Completed.
* Balance supplier statements
* Maintain a filing system
* Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Valuable skills and abilities:
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Experience with a Sage 50 is an asset
* Time management and administrative skills
* Ability to multitask, set priorities and work independently
* Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 9am to 1pm ? 20 hours a week.
Wage: $22.00 per hour.
