Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions. Prepare production and other reports. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Adjust processing machines and equipment. Start up, shut down and troubleshoot equipment. Clean and maintain work space. Monitor reaction processes and transfers of products in conformance with safety procedures. Supervision: Process control and machine operators, food and beverage processing. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
