POSITION: PHYSIOTHERAPIST, Yarmouth, NS TYPE: Permanent Full Time (Will consider less than 100% FTE) The Meadows is a 105 bed Long Term Care home that is undergoing an exciting transformation in creating neighborhood teams that focus on principles of resident centered care. We are looking for a Physiotherapist to work with our rehab team that can provide clinical PT services in a multi-disciplinary environment to support our residents and care team members. WHAT YOU'LL DO: The PHYSIOTHERAPIST supports The Meadows by promoting the health, wellbeing and safety of our residents, staff and visitors as a strategic priority. This position is also responsible to assess, plan, implement and evaluate services provided to Residents, and programs based upon needs assessment- LocationYarmouth, NS
