*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Start to Finish consumer & dealer experience by developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Residing in the Barrie area and having a reliable vehicle is beneficial .
*Experience*
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks
- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with E-commerce platforms and WordPress
- All Microsoft Office Products
- Strong research skills to gather market insights
- Previous experience in digital marketing is a plus
*Abilities, Skills and Knowledge*
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials
- Utilize Google Ads and other online advertising platforms effectively
- Manage social media accounts to increase brand visibility
- Monitor website traffic and performance metrics
- Assist in the organization of promotional events including consumer shows.
*Sales and Marketing Duties:*
* Demonstrated ability to track competitor activities and market changes.
* Ability to support and manage web based marketing strategies.
* Ability to create and adjust marketing plans according to market movement and response to campaigns.
* Produce clear and concise written correspondence. (Letters and emails)
* Produce branded marketing communications (Flyers, brochures, press releases and trade show projects)·
* Investigate new markets and opportunities based on industry trends when applicable.
* Write and coordinate all social media and web based materials and press releases.
* Understand, value and respond accordingly to internet analytics and marketing campaigns.
*Administrative Duties: *
* Answering the phones.
* Capable of sitting, standing, and bending
* Must have a neat, clean, and professional personal appearance
* Enter in quotes for Customer Inquiries via Accounting program.
* Convert Sales orders to Packing slips and maintaining Pick up schedule
* Reply to Consumer Inquiries via Web contact form
* Follow up on Sales Leads
* Assist with Consumer Show set up
* Greeting clients and vendors as they enter the showroom.
* Maintain showroom displays, ensuring Sales Material is available on each product line.
* Ordering supplies for the department.
* Keep communication flowing from the Sales and Marketing Department to the Operations department.
* Maintain department calendar and provide updates on events.
* Assist with Dealer Development program
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
