The Full Prism Group supports busy entrepreneurs by helping them to systemize and streamline the back end of their business. This is done through the implementation of systems like project management software, CRM?s and other tools. We also assist with things like grant applications, supporting our clients in hiring as well as bookkeeping and accounting functions.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to support the co-founder across her various business interests. While The Full Prism Group will be the primary business she also has various involvement in projects in the community as well as other businesses that she is involved with. The ideal candidate will be willing to work some hours in the Newfoundland time zone. They will be able to handle various administrative and personal tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of both professional and personal tasks.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

* Exceptional communicator (verbal and written)
* Upbeat, and organized self-starter who is able to work comfortably and collaboratively online
* Is at ease managing a variety of projects and deliverables
* Open to receiving and providing direct feedback
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of multiple inboxes
* Manage multiple calendars and event invites
* Manage projects, outstanding questions and inquiries
* Follow up with clients for various pieces of information to keep projects moving forward
* Prepare proposals and quotes for potential clients and follows up as needed to help close deals
* Coordination of reservations, appointments and appearances
* Oversee task management, prioritizing and delegating tasks as needed
* Assist with social media
* General business support includes creating meeting minutes and follow-up tasks as needed, maintaining the project management and CRM tools, creating and maintaining the company?s SOP database, and other tasks related to ensuring that the business runs smoothly from an operational perspective.

Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 10 ? 15 per week
Flexible language requirement:

Experience:
* Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
