Overview:
Join Sandra Solomon Personal Real Estate Corporation, a growing team in the Greater Vancouver area, as a Full-Time / Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This remote role offers a blend of administrative support, specialized in transaction paperwork, alongside dedicated tasks in marketing, social media, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support for Transaction Paperwork (70%)
* Precisely manage and organize real estate transaction documents.
* Maintain current and accurate client databases and transaction records.
* Coordinate scheduling for appointments, viewings, and meetings.
* Facilitate communication with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
* Ensure all transactions comply with real estate laws and regulations.
Social Media and Mass Email Management, and Topic Research (20%)
* Actively maintain and update the company?s social media profiles.
* Conduct research on hot topics related to the Vancouver property market.
* Prepare monthly real estate statistics and present them on social media platforms.
* Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, tailored to audience interests.
Event Support (10%)
* Assist in organizing and coordinating real estate events, viewings, and showings.
* Ensure seamless execution of promotional and client engagement activities.
Qualifications:
* At least 1 year experience in administrative roles for real estate background.
* Bilingual abilities in English and Chinese (Cantonese) are a must.
* Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
* Strong communication skills and adeptness in digital platforms.
* Proficiency in MS Office, real estate software, and social media management.
* Independent, proactive approach with attention to detail.
* A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are preferred for travel to event sites and properties.
