*Job Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our customers and to assist other team members in the efficient operation of our office.
*Responsibilities*
- Maintain data base of customer order history, specific notes, etc.
- Communicate with existing customers by telephone and email
- Provide friendly and courteous customer service
- Work closely with Sales Manager to complete tasks and relay any feedback from customers
- Take order requests from customers by telephone or email and pass along for processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
*Qualifications*
- General computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Email
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and customer service principles
- Detail oriented & highly efficient
- Dependable
- Enjoys a combination of independent & collaborative teamwork
- Enthusiastic learner with a positive attitude

Pay: $17.23-$21.00 per hour
