Sun Dentistry (https://www.sundentistry.ca/) is a busy dental office with three locations, conveniently located in Burnaby, Richmond, and South Surrey. Our three clinics are looking for reliable and motivated dental receptionists to join our team. The individual?s responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Greet people as they come into the office. * Answer clients' questions. * Schedule appointments. * Take and process payments. * Perform administrative tasks (answer the phone, take messages, contact clients, file records, basic accounting, and more). * Contact with insurance companies The individual?s qualities required: * Able to commute to three working locations (Richmond, Burnaby and South Surrey) * Familiar with computer technology * Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent communication skill in verbal * Need to work on weekend * Career-orientated, long-term employee is preferred * Speaking a second language (Mandarin/Cantonese/Japanese/or other language) will be an asset Job Type: Permanent Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person- LocationSouth Surrey, BC
