Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervision: Dry cleaning and laundry workers. Personal suitability: Client focus.
