*Position Overview:*
We are looking for a talented Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the security industry.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
* Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients.
* Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials.
* Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
* Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 5 experience in a similar role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Deep understanding of the security industry and market dynamics.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
