_*Leadership*_
* As a member of the leadership team, set the vision, align strategy, make key decisions, hold accountability, develop leaders, and uphold core values to drive organizational success.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
* Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, supporting, reviewing, disciplining, and terminating the Brand & Marketing Specialist, Events Sales Specialist, and Special Events Designer.
* Lead regular meetings and check-ins to review results, align on strategy, celebrate successes, communicate effectively, develop team members, and solve issues.
_*Sales & Marketing:*_
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, policies, and processes aligned with company objectives.
* Lead forecasting efforts to project sales targets and optimize resource allocation.
* Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital content to maximize brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive measurable results.
* Strategize and oversee the design and decor of special events, ensuring a cohesive theme, exceptional visual appeal, and an unforgettable guest experience.
* Analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
* Actively engage in sales activities, including client meetings and closing deals, to directly contribute to revenue growth and business success.
