*Exciting Opportunity: Program Coordinator at S.P.I.K.E. Inc. *
At S.P.I.K.E. Inc., our mission is to enhance the quality of life for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. We?re looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team and make a real impact!
*Role Overview:*
As the Program Coordinator, you'll report to the Director of Residential Services & Training and manage the daily operations of our residences. You'll be key in developing training programs, client care, and program management.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Maintenance:* Oversee property upkeep, handle maintenance requests, and manage seasonal tasks.
* *Scheduling:* Manage staff schedules, cover absences, and ensure smooth operations. Includes On-call rotation.
* *Training/Administration:* Develop and manage training modules, keep files up-to-date, and handle training logistics.
* *Program Development:* Support and expand programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to strategic planning.
* *Proposal Development:* Identify service needs, contribute to staffing proposals, and negotiate funding.
* *Program Evaluation:* Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.
*Requirements:*
* Post-Secondary degree or diploma in a related field. A combination of related education and experience may be considered.
* Valid Class 5F MB driver?s license
* Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sectors Search
* Clear Adult and Child Abuse Registry Checks
* First Aid and CPR Level C
* NVCI Certification and ASL (asset)
*Pay:* $25.00-$28.00 per hour
*Hours:* Full-time, 40 hours per week, flexibility required. After hours on-call duties on rotation.
