Bell Canada is seeking an experienced and highly driven Project Manager to join our industry-leading team. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can bring their passion for project management and agile methodologies to help us deliver top-notch digital solutions to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the implementation of agile/scrum methodologies, including training and coaching team members on best practicesCollaborate with product owners to define project scope, create timelines, and prioritize tasksLead project planning, including defining project goals, identifying potential risks and issues, and coordinating resource allocationConduct daily stand-up meetings and sprint retrospectives to monitor project progress and identify areas for improvementIdentify and implement process improvements to increase team productivity and performanceTrack project budget and resources, ensuring the project stays on track and within budgetDeliver regular progress reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and potential changesWork closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any roadblocks and ensure smooth project deliveryFoster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvementCritical QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong understanding of agile methodologies and experience implementing them in projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teamsProven experience in project planning, resource management, and risk mitigationExperience in telecommunications or related industry is preferredScrum Master certification is a plus#EmployeeReferralProgramAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
