If creating solutions for the future energizes you, then Network Provisioning is the place to be.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be expected to perform tasks such as the following:Program DeliveryEnsure Risks are identified and establish a mitigation planPrime interface with key StakeholdersProvide problem-solving leadership to project team in project scope, timeline, functions, etc.Track and report on project progress.Provide support to the prioritization and escalation process.Develop/maintain working relationshipsParticipate in the development of new processes and improvements to existing onesFinancial Management of assigned projectsPlanned vs. Forecasted vs. ActualCritical QualificationsMinimum 3 yrs. experience in Access NetworkProject management experienceExperience coaching and motivating othersDemonstrated leadership and negotiation skillsStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (oral and written)Strong interpersonal skillsFluent (advanced) English and French language skills (oral and written)Strong problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task/time manage/prioritizeAbility to work under tight time constraints and meet deadlines with a sense of urgencyStrong aptitude to recognize opportunities for improvement and take appropriate actionDemonstrated ability to inspire employee involvement and teamworkPreferred QualificationsPrior management / supervisory experienceKnowledge of outside plant installation, maintenance, or constructionKnowledge of other Bell Canada systems-SAP, Legends, Network Engineer, MartensPC Proficient ?
