Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Bake shop. Tasks: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders. Bake mixed dough and batters. Prepare special orders. Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods. Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards. Operate machinery. Organize and maintain inventory. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Hand-eye co-ordination. Manual dexterity. Repetitive tasks. Personal suitability: Reliability. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
